UMD English's Lynn Martin Wins Winston Award

On behalf of the 2020 Winston Awards Selection Committee, English senior Lynn Martin's research paper, “Enlightenment at the Hand of God” has been selected to receive one of this year’s Winston Family Honors Awards.

The Winston Family Honors Writing Awards were established to recognize Honors student writing and to acknowledge the central role that faculty members play in mentoring Honors College students.

Roger Winston ('76), Karen Winston (’75), and their daughter Emily Winston's (’06) generous gift provides these merit awards.
