Prof. Michael Dirda wins Edgar Award

Visiting Professor Michael Dirda has won an Edgar Award from the Mystery Writers of America for his On Conan Doyle: Or, The Whole Art of Storytelling (Princeton UP, 2011).

Congratulations to Professor Michael Dirda on winning this very cool award!

Conan Doyle was the subject of Prof. Dirda's Petrou lecture in November, 2011. The lecture was a huge success and the Ulrich Hall was packed with attending undergraduate students (photo below).
