Roxanne Clements

ROXANNE S. CLEMENTS is the Compliance Officer, the Americas, for Cargolux Airlines International, S.A. and an instructor at the University of Maryland, College Park in its professional writing program. Cargolux is a Luxembourg based all-cargo air carrier. Roxanne works from her office in the Washington, D.C.  area.  She is admitted to practice law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.  Prior to joining Cargolux, Roxanne was a partner in a small aviation boutique firm in Washington, D.C., Lachter & Clements specializing in aviation, export controls and litigation, including antitrust.  Currently, she travels extensively in North and South America coordinating legal and regulatory matters for Cargolux and implementing its compliance program.
