Katherine Anne O'Neill

Kathy began her career in the laboratory, conducting research on the neurochemistry of behavior in rats and mice.  After several years, she moved into the Market Research department of a pharmaceutical company, where she was responsible for managing research to understand the needs and attitudes of healthcare consumers and providers.  She later formed her consulting company, O'Neill Consulting, to provide research and consulting services to clients in the healthcare industry.  Kathy joined the PWP in 2014, where she enthusiastically teaches Science Writing.  She has authored a number of articles published in professional scientific journals as well as publications for the general public.
