A review from UMD English Professor Maud Casey, author of The Man Who Walked Away

"As in all great speculative fiction, the worlds Molina Acosta creates are recognizably our own. In landscapes ravaged by climate disaster—fires, floods, refugee camps, tyranny, violent intolerances—where the moon may be our last, best hope, Molina Acosta’s characters believe in the capaciousness of love, its fierce resilience, and its capacity to create a home even when we’re done here. These are urgent, beautiful stories heralding the arrival of an urgent, beautiful writer.”
