Sangeeta Ray's Recent Travels

Congratulations to Sangeeta Ray on her recent travels and accomplishments.

Sangeeta conducted a seminar at L'École des hautes études en sciences sociales in Paris in July on Dalit Literature and the Environment. She also gave a talk on Aravind Adiga's The White Tiger, titled "What's Up with the Hype about Adiga" at Paris West University Nanterre La Défense (Paris X). Her short essay titled, "Imagining Otherwise:Comparative South Asian Literatures and the MLA" appeared in the journal Comparative Literary Studies, vol 20 (2), 2013 for a special topic on Promoting the study of Modern Literatures Worldwide. She just returned from an intense and exhilarating three day conference on Form at the English Institute at Harvard where she serves on the Supervisory Board.
