Authors Sam Lipsyte and Howard Norman will celebrate the birthday of American novelist Philip Roth by reading selections from his work and discussing his influence on their own writing. This event is free and open to the public, and will feature a display from the Library's collections. Co-sponsored by the Manuscript Division of the Library of Congress.
