Bob Levine's new book, Race, Transnationalism, and Nineteenth-Century American Literary Studies, was just published by Cambridge University Press. At MLA, he led a roundtable on "Frederick Douglass at 200," and he's giving an upcoming talk on Douglass at Marshall University's Carter Woodson Lyceum.
