General Purpose Classrooms are supported by the Division of Information Technology (DIT). Spaces owned by the Department of English are now supported by the College of Arts and Humanities (ARHU). Their respective contact information is listed below, along with a list delinating which office to contact for support by room. Sheets indicating the party responsible for supporting each learning space are posted near the workstation and at the door to each space.

If you move while you're employed with the University of Maryland, you must complete a new W4, which will update your address with Payroll and Benefits.
Complete information on Health Benefits can be found on the State of Maryland's Employee site. Health benefits are optional. Any regular employees that are 50% or more FTE (with the exception of TAs who can be 25%) are entitled to health benefits. You must complete the appropriate affidavits(s) if you are requesting coverage for your dependents, domestic partners and/or their dependents, or a spouse.

Please note: new enrollments can occur within 60 days of your start date or once a year during open enrollment. At other times, you can only change your benefits if there is a change in circumstances such as loss of coverage somewhere else, marriage, birth, etc.
*Open Enrollment period for January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 will be conducted on mid-October-mid-November, 2020. Exact dates have not yet been set.*
